"Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit."

3 Johns 2, NLT

I’ve had my own quiet struggles with my health. For much of my adult life, I wore a size small or extra-small. So when my body began to change—swiftly and without warning—I found myself unprepared. I felt out of step with the woman I had always known. There were moments I’d look in the mirror and wonder, “Who is this?” The youthful figure I was used to had quietly slipped away. I sighed, feeling a little lost.

But not all is lost. What has emerged is a renewed desire to understand this body of mine—to learn how it works and how to care for it with grace through every season of life. We are each wonderfully unique, inside and out, yet there are gentle, enduring truths that help us thrive: nourish yourself well, drink plenty of water, keep moving, and listen closely to what your body is asking for.

This is a journey—not of perfection, but of peace.
